Delegates Gearheart, Ambler, Ellington and Westfall moved to amend the committee substitute on page 4, section 5, line 91, after the words, “shall be at a level of” by striking “no more than eighty percent nor less than sixty percent for the employer and no less than twenty percent nor more than forty percent for employees” and inserting the words, “not less than seventy percent for the employer and not more thirty percent for employees”.
